Neveroff Consulting Ltd. was founded by Yuri Neverov — a senior executive with over 20 years of corporate experience across multiple industries and geographies. The firm provides executive advisory, strategy consulting, and leadership development to clients globally.
We are based in Cyprus and registered under Cypriot law. Our clients include individual executives, leadership teams, and growth-stage companies across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
The firm operates three core service lines: strategy consulting for organisations, executive coaching for individuals, and structured programmes for executives building independent advisory careers.

For two decades, Yuri held senior executive roles across multiple industries — Commercial Director, CEO, Country Manager. He built and led teams of hundreds, ran P&L across complex organisations, and helped companies grow through strategic repositioning and market expansion.

Out of a job at 42.
At 42, despite an impressive track record, Yuri found himself without a role — and unable to find another at a comparable level. The market for senior executives with his profile was narrower than he'd expected.
He had created enormous value for others. He had no playbook for creating it for himself.
Freelance. Consulting. Training. Getting it wrong.
What followed was several years of trying different models — freelance consulting, business training, joining a consulting firm as an employee. Each path taught him something. None gave him what he was actually looking for: financial independence, intellectual challenge, and work he controlled.
